Dr. Pamela is a graduate of Texas Bible College with a certification in Christian Education she graduated from Cornerstone Theological Seminar with a Bachelor of Theology Degree. She obtained an Occupational Certificate in Childcare Administration from San Jacinto College North. Dr. Pamela also holds a Doctor of Religious Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary. She is the Vice-President of Praise Academy of Christian Education, A school for students from pre-K 3 through high school and Vice-President of Maximized Life Bible Institute at Praise Christian Center World Outreach where she resides as a professor teaching on Faith, Prayer, The Holy Spirit and Ministry Gifts. She has dedicated her life to serving Jesus and the Body of Christ. Dr. Pamela ministers the gospel with simplicity and power to produce change and growth in the lives of the hearers. A dynamic teacher and expositor of God's Word, she has a heart to see women saved, delivered and to minister in the anointing God has given them. She believes that everyone has a God-given purpose and destiny to fulfill. Dr. Pamela believes that perfecting the saints through teaching the Word of faith is the first and foremost assignment of Christian leaders today. Dr. Pamela is founder and director of S.T.A.R. Women of God, an outreach and support ministry of Praise Christian Center World Outreach, Inc. In October 1986, the women's ministry was born, Women Anointed For Service (WAFS). Four years later, S.T.A.R. Women of God was born May 27, 2000. She held the first S.T.A.R. Women of God Conference, June 2001 and launched the first G.E.L.O. conference in Guyana, South America November 2006. Dr. Pamela also birth out of S.T.A.R. Women of God the Destiny and Purpose University (DPU) which includes workshops, on-hand training and also conducts a fifteen to thirty minute workplace "creativity moments" for various individuals to motivate them. The motivation causes them to be more productive; they are motivated to use their creativity to enhance their departments; and they have the potential to offer creative ideas that will reduce current costs and increase revenue in their personal lives as well as the workplace. Her vision for S.T.A.R. Women of God is to motivate women to maximize their lives. Dr. Pamela's objective is to motivate women to: (1) live the God-kind of life, (2) fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny, and (3) use their creativity to the maximum potential. Monthly Dr. Pamela ministers on issues of faith, family relationships, finances, purpose, mission and more to woman and young girls ages 6-166. Dr. Pamela travels nationally and internationally spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ to Columbus, Ohio, East Lansing, Michigan, Richmond, Virginia, several cities in Louisiana, (Vinton, Lake Charles and Baton Rouge) and in Texas, (Desoto, San Marcos, Beaumont, Arlington, Missouri City, Fresno, Houston, Baytown, Richmond, Lake Jackson). Internationally to Waxahaco Mexico, Trinidad Tobago, West Indies, Georgetown Guyana, South America, Nigeria and Venezuela. After she minister she have received, seen and heard various testimonies of healing, deliverance, restoration, marriages restored, people set free with low self-esteem and so much, much more. Dr. Pamela, along with her husband has hosted the local television network, TBN, Daystar and Joy with Mrs. Genet Chenier. She also served as assistant to her husband on their own Maximized Media Ministries Television Broadcast. She is the author of the bestseller, The Winning Combination and also produces a monthly audio magazine. She enjoys assisting her husband in the ministry and spending time with her family.
